Made to Order
Every Rex & Helix piece is printed after you order it. No warehouses, no overproduction — your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are printed and dispatched from our production facility in Texas.

Production & Delivery
Production: up to 3 business days · Transit: 2–5 business days
Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

These are standard timelines. During high-volume periods — mid-November through December, Black Friday week, and major product drops — production may take a few days longer.

Shipping Rates
T-shirts & lightweight tops: $5.49 (+$1.49 per additional piece)
Hoodies, sweatshirts, zippers & sweatpants: $7.49 (+$1.98 per additional piece)

Rates apply per order — three t-shirts ship for $8.47 total, not three times $5.49.

Changes & Cancellations
Because every piece is made to order, we can only change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us fast at contact@rexandhelix.com.

Shipping Partners
US orders are fulfilled and shipped via UPS.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
