Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 7 days after receiving the returned goods .

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of goods

The goods must be returned unused and undamaged .

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment .

International returns (outside the EU)

For returns from countries outside the European Union, only the value of the goods and, if applicable, the originally paid shipping costs will be refunded.

Import duties, customs fees, taxes or handling fees charged by shipping providers are excluded from the refund , as these were not paid to the seller.

Returns from the United States (USA)

Since we are not directly based in the United States , returns within the USA are not possible without prior agreement .

For returns from the USA, the return address must be requested from us in advance .
The return shipment will be sent to a private address within the United States specified by us.

The same applies here:

• The goods must be returned unused .

• The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment .

• The refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method used.
