Thank you for shopping at Rex and Helix. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. To start a return, email us at contact@rexandhelix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rex and Helix LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@rexandhelix.com.
Our Commitment At Rex and Helix, we believe in responsible business practices. Returned items that cannot be resold may be donated to charitable organizations rather than discarded.
