How long does it take to receive my order? All our products are made to order. Please allow 5–12 business days for production and delivery within the USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Rates start at $4.75 for lightweight items.

Do you ship internationally? Please check our website for current shipping destinations at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at contact@rexandhelix.com before sending anything back — we will provide you with the return address.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item? We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@rexandhelix.com with photos of the issue.

Products

Are your products sustainable? We produce on demand — meaning no overstock, no waste. Returned items that cannot be resold are donated to charity rather than discarded.
