Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rex and Helix, Nadine Nover-Zaworski, Uffelner Str. 140, 49479 Ibbenbüren, contact@rexandhelix.com ) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

You will bear the costs of return shipment.
The goods must be returned in unused condition.
