1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop “Rex and Helix” by Nadine Nover-Zaworski (sole proprietorship), reachable at the email address contact@rexandhelix.com.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
You will receive confirmation of your order via email. The purchase agreement is concluded upon receipt of this order confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices shown are final prices.
In accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no sales tax is shown.

5. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs vary – depending on the delivery country – between €3.95 and €9.95.
The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days after receipt of order, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or official inspections. The seller has no control over this.
6. Customs duties, taxes and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply which are not included in the stated purchase price or shipping costs.
This includes in particular import duties, customs duties, import sales tax and processing or clearance fees charged by the shipping service provider.
These costs are levied by the relevant customs or tax authorities or the shipping service provider and must be borne by the buyer.
The seller has no influence on the type and amount of these fees and accepts no liability for them.
The buyer is responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations of the respective delivery country before placing the order.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Rex and Helix until full payment is received.
8. Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

9. Returns
Returns must be sent in unused and undamaged condition to the following address:

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, only the value of the goods and, if applicable, the originally paid shipping costs will be refunded.
Import duties, customs fees, taxes or handling fees charged by shipping providers are excluded from the refund, as these were not paid to the seller.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – Germany.
