Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through the "Rex and Helix" online shop of Nadine Nover-Zaworski (sole proprietorship), accessible via the email address contact@rexandhelix.com.
2. Contracting Party

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email. The purchase contract is concluded with this order confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices indicated are final prices.
According to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no sales tax is shown.
The following payment methods are available:

5. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs vary – depending on the country of delivery – between €3.95 and €12.95.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after receipt of order, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
For deliveries outside the European Union, delays may occur due to customs clearance or official inspections. The seller has no influence over this.
If the shipment cannot be delivered, particularly due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs for re-shipment.
6. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that are not included in the stated purchase price or shipping costs.
These include, in particular, import duties, customs duties, import VAT, and handling or clearance fees of the shipping service provider.
These costs are levied by the competent customs or tax authorities or the shipping service provider and are to be borne by the buyer.
The seller has no influence on the type and amount of these fees and assumes no liability for them.
The buyer is responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations of the respective country of delivery before placing an order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Rex and Helix until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

9. Returns
Returns must be sent in unused and undamaged condition to the following address:

The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the return to the original payment method used.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, only the value of the goods and, if applicable, the original shipping costs paid will be refunded.
Import duties, customs duties, taxes or processing fees from shipping service providers are excluded from the refund, as these were not paid to the seller.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – Germany.
