1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop "Rex and Helix" by Nadine Nover-Zaworski (sole proprietorship) at the email address contact@rexandhelix.com.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices quoted do not include VAT according to the small business regulation (§19 UStG).

5. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs are between 3.95€ and 9.95€ depending on the delivery country
The delivery time is usually 3-7 days after receipt of order.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Rex and Helix until full payment has been made.

7. Right of withdrawal

The statutory cancellation period of 14 days applies (see cancellation policy).

8. Returns

Returns must be sent in unused condition to the following address:
Nadine Nover-Zaworski, Uffelner Str. 140, 49479 Ibbenbüren.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item using the original payment method.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
